Introduction
Until an official announcement is made in the project’s channels, any tokens named MEDEX on any networks, including TON, are not related to the project. This page is the single source of truth and is used by users, partners, and integrators to verify the authenticity of information about the token and its parameters. All key changes to the token’s status and service details are announced here first and then in the project’s public channels.

Parameter notes
A fixed supply means the entire token amount is minted once and credited to the project’s treasury address. The ability to mint additional tokens is disabled immediately after the initial issuance, preventing dilution of holders’ stakes. A precision of nine decimals ensures correct handling of micropayments and reward programs. Administrator: none — the contract has no admin, which locks the supply and token parameters. Supporting evidence will be published on this page as verification transaction hashes and status notes.

Utility
MEDEX serves as an access and participation token within the MEDEX ecosystem. The token is used to activate in-platform features, apply discounts and bonuses, obtain statuses, and get priority access to new services and programs. Usage parameters are defined by the platform rules and may include access tiers, activation windows, and individual limits. Conversion of loyalty points into the token may be launched at later project stages. The conversion terms, per-user and global limits, window schedules, and any identification requirements will be published separately on the project website. The token is not intended to generate income and carries no profit promises. Possible buyback and burn mechanisms are treated as tools for managing ecosystem programs and may be applied at the project’s discretion without commitments on volume, price, or timing.


Usage and Fees
Adding the token to a wallet is done via the Jetton Master address, which will be published on this page. Transaction fees are paid in TON. For smooth operation, keep a small TON reserve on your main address to cover network fees and state storage. On first receipt, a jetton wallet may be created automatically for the recipient; for this, the address must have a small TON balance. If the recipient has no reserve, the transaction may require an extra step and be delayed until the address is funded. Subsequent operations are faster because the service wallet is already created and active.


Wallet display
Token name and logo are pulled from metadata. Until the metadata is published, some clients may show a simplified view with grey icons and placeholder names. After publication, the correct name and icon are picked up automatically, subject to caching by wallets and analytics services. The project will initiate verification in supported registries after issuance; however, a verification badge is not proof of authenticity. The only criterion of authenticity is the Jetton Master address published on this page.

Any assets named MEDEX created before the official announcement on this page—including on the TON network—are not related to the project. Do not participate in presales or giveaways unless announced here. The team does not initiate personal contact on behalf of the project, does not offer paid listings, and never asks for private keys or seed phrases. After issuance, this page will list the Jetton Master address, the treasury address, verification hashes of the deploy and initial-mint transactions, a note confirming that administrator privileges have been disabled, and the date and time of the last update. These data allow independent confirmation of the fixed supply, the correctness of the parameters, and the impossibility of additional issuance. If service addresses are rotated or the infrastructure is migrated, a separate notice will be published with the reasons and user instructions. Until the official details are published here, any addresses, links, or screenshots from third-party sources are considered invalid.

Legal Status
MEDEX is a utility digital asset for access and participation. The token is not a security, electronic money, or legal tender. Holding the token grants no rights to profit, dividends, corporate governance of the project’s legal entities, or to any assets. Access to certain functions may depend on statutory requirements and compliance procedures, including KYC/AML. Geographic restrictions and sanctions regimes may limit the use of certain services. The user is responsible for tax obligations under their jurisdiction’s law. The project reserves the right to update the operating parameters of loyalty and integration programs within the published rules without retroactive effect to already completed operations, except when canceling reversed or disputed transactions.
